Judah Zellermaier

Judah Zellermaier, LCSW, is an accomplished social work professional with extensive experience in leadership and service delivery within the nonprofit sector. Since May 2016, Judah has served as the Executive Director of the Met Council Chesed Center, overseeing a comprehensive range of social services, including food distribution and career development, effectively supporting thousands of residents in Boro Park. Judah's prior roles include Director of the Chesed Center - Boro Park, Director of Operations, and Clinical Social Work Supervisor at Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens. Other notable positions held include Clinical Social Work Case Manager and Psychiatric Social Worker at NYC Health + Hospitals, as well as various social work roles at Yeled V'Yalda, OHEL Children's Home and Family Services, and Jewish Board of Family and Children's Services. Judah holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from New York University.
