Joseph Cardona has a diverse background in technical support and operations within the data center and pharmacy sectors. Starting as a Pharmacy Technician at The Medicine Store Pharmacy from January 2014 to May 2016, Joseph transitioned to HealthSmart as Provider Maintenance from September 2016 to November 2017. Subsequent experience includes a role as a Data Center Technician at Milestone Technologies, Inc. from November 2017 to October 2019, and as an IC2 Data Center Technician at Meta starting in July 2021, where responsibilities encompass supporting server installations, troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, and creating documentation for repair procedures. Currently, Joseph is pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Zero To Mastery Academy while continuing to contribute valuable skills in the data center environment.
