Justine McLennan

Justine McLennan leads our Global Human Resources organization. Having held a variety of HR roles within the company, she focuses on innovative HR practises while also nurturing and developing Metaswitch’s dynamic, inclusive and supportive culture.

Justine graduated with a degree in Geography from University College, London University and has a post-graduate qualification in Human Resources from Kingston University. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and serves on the Diversity Leadership Group at the Royal Academy of Engineering in London.
