Brooks Villar

Brooks Villar has extensive experience in the insurance and staffing industry, including a long tenure at MetLife from July 2008 to March 2025, where roles included Head of PEO, Payroll & Staffing and Regional Director. Prior to this, Brooks served as an Employee Benefits Sales Representative at the University of Mississippi from January 2003 to January 2007. Brooks holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Mississippi, obtained in May 2007, and completed secondary education at Milton High School, graduating in May 2003.
