Maureen van Glabbeek

Maureen Van Glabbeek is an experienced HR business leader with over two decades of expertise in human resources, specializing in global operations and diversity initiatives. At MetLife, from January 2021 to February 2025, Maureen served as Vice President of Human Resources for both Global Technology and Global Customer Service and Operations, overseeing a workforce of 10,000 employees across multiple countries and co-creating a global diversity recruiting strategy. Prior experience includes a senior HR management role at Aramark, where Maureen provided strategic support for the Healthcare Technologies sector, and a significant career break dedicated to full-time parenting and serving as Executive Director of a family foundation.
