Michele Weber serves as the AVP, Assistant General Counsel & Deputy Corporate Secretary at MetLife, Inc., where they lead the Subsidiary Governance Practice Group and manage over 500 entities globally. Previously, Michele held positions including Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and Director of Regulatory Affairs at Astoria Bank, where they provided legal services and liaised with regulators, and worked as Senior Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Metropolitan Commercial Bank. Michele's legal education includes a Doctor of Law from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in English from Binghamton University.
