Richard was appointed General Manager Operations in January 2015 after 16 years with SkyCity both overseas and in New Zealand, where he was most recently the General Manager of its Queenstown casinos. He has extensive executive management experience in customer service management and a proven track record delivering sustainable growth for shareholders and positive outcomes for key stakeholders.

Richard is passionate about customer service and leads the operations team to deliver operational excellence and innovation across our villages.
