Ted Andrews

Ted Andrews, Esq. is an experienced legal and mediation professional with a focus on family law and conflict resolution. Currently serving as a Hearing Officer for Los Angeles Metro since September 2021, and as a Supervising Mediator at Southern California Family Mediation since November 2017, Ted mediates parenting plans for families in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Juvenile Division. Additionally, Ted is a Mediator for OC Human Relations, managing parenting plans and marital settlement agreements. As Principal Mediator at Intrepid Dispute Resolution, Ted has handled various cases, including divorce and landlord/tenant disputes. Previous roles include mediation for the Los Angeles City Attorney and the County of Los Angeles Department of Consumer and Business Affairs, alongside a background in human resources management at ABM Industries and UPS. Ted holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Cincinnati, a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Ohio University, and is currently pursuing Oracle Database studies at UCLA Extension.
