Ben Lampron

Benjamin "Ben" Lampron is an American business executive who is currently the Vice President of Consumer & Industrial at Metro Mold & Design. Ben has held various leadership roles at companies such as Metro Mold & Design and Honeywell Process Solutions.

Lampron began their career at Honeywell Process Solutions in 1997, where they eventually became the Senior Sales Director of Americas Industrial Products. In this role, they were responsible for leading a sales team of 8 direct reports and 50 team members. Ben successfully integrated two major lines of business and rationalized associated channel partners.

In 2018, Lampron left Honeywell to join Metro Mold & Design as President. During their time at Metro Mold & Design, they have been responsible for growing annual revenue from $17MM to $40MM. Ben has also led the organization through a successful business and culture transformation, rebuilt the leadership team, and positioned the business for sustainable and profitable growth.

Ben Lampron received a Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine. After working in the engineering field for a few years, they decided to pursue a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

They are on a team with and Ciaran Murtagh - Controller. Ben Lampron reports to Greg Heinemann, CEO.
