Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store specializing in organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana was the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, worked as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
