David Hoang

David Hoang has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology and billing industry. David started their career at XO Communications in 2000, where they served as a Lead Systems Analyst, leading successful implementations of modern billing systems and developing tools to enhance operational efficiencies. David then joined Amdocs in 2006 as a Senior Consultant, where they led the Quality Assurance team on large-scale AT&T Wireless projects and improved data quality for migration processes. In 2008, they joined CSG as a Solutions Architect, playing a key role in finance business transformation programs for clients such as MasterCard and telecom companies.

In 2012, David moved to Visa as a Director, Product Owner of Billing & Revenue Systems, overseeing billing and revenue systems. David joined Zuora in 2014 as a Principal Solutions Architect before taking on various leadership roles within the company, including Director of Global Services and Director of Product Management, Billing and Subscriptions. David led the enterprise architecture and EMEA center of excellence departments, demonstrating their expertise in global services management and product development.

Most recently, David joined Metronome as a Solutions Architect in 2023, where they continue to leverage their extensive experience and skills in architecting solutions for complex business challenges.

David Hoang attended The University of Texas at Dallas from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics & Finance.
