Michelle Rosen has extensive legal experience, currently serving as General Counsel at Metropolis Technologies since January 2025. Previously, Michelle held the position of Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Collibra from July 2018 to November 2024 and was General Counsel of Delta Galil USA for a brief tenure in 2018. Notable achievements include leading a successful $400M initial public offering for IMAX China and creating governance policies for the company. Prior to these roles, Michelle was General Counsel and Secretary to the Board of Directors at IMAX China, and VP & Associate General Counsel at IMAX, where responsibilities included corporate finance transactions and compliance with securities laws. Early in the career, Michelle was an Associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP, focused on securities law and corporate finance. Michelle holds a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Comparative Literature from Dartmouth College, with additional studies at Bucerius Law School.
