Josh Windham

Josh Windham is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in volunteer management and community engagement. As the Associate Director of Alumni Relations at Metropolitan State University since March 2022, Windham oversees complex projects involving various stakeholders while developing strategies for event promotion and alumni recognition through social media and electronic communication. Previously, as the Volunteer Services Manager at Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities from April 2015 to March 2022, Windham significantly increased volunteer participation from under 2,000 to over 4,300 annually. Windham's prior roles include Volunteer & Community Engagement Manager and Program Development Manager at Friends & Co, where responsibilities included volunteer recruitment, community outreach, and program development for elders. Windham also served as the Director of Youth & Family Ministry at the United Methodist Church of Anoka. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Global & Contextual Studies from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Development from North Central University.
