Kristine Hansen

Kristine Hansen has significant experience in alumni relations, annual giving, customer service management, and loan processing. Currently serving as the Alumni Relations Director at Metropolitan State University since April 2015, Kristine engages over 40,000 alumni through advocacy, philanthropy, and volunteering, while also managing Buzz magazine. Previously, from October 2007 to April 2015, Kristine held the position of Associate Director for Annual Giving at the University of Minnesota Foundation, where leadership was provided for the Telemarketing Program and strategic planning was directed for departmental goals. Prior experience includes managing a call center at the Science Museum of Minnesota and serving in various roles at Conseco Finance, where responsibilities encompassed credit management and loan processing. Kristine holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Metro State University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
