Prior roles include Head of Global Policy for Public Transportation at Uber, Program Director at TransitCenter, and various positions at New York City Transit and San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency. Chris holds a Master's degree in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Portland State University.
