Deborah Julien

Deborah Julien has extensive experience in labor relations and auditing, including a significant tenure at MTA NYC Transit from December 2000 to January 2018, where Julien served as Director of Labor Relations, focusing on strategic thinking and communication skills. Prior to this role, Julien held the position of Senior Administrative Manager, addressing labor productivity, grievances, and disciplinary actions related to employee misconduct and EEO issues. Julien's earlier career includes positions at the NYC Board of Education as an Audit Supervisor and at the NYS Comptroller as a Lead Auditor/Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising audits and training new auditors. Julien holds a Certificate in EEO and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
