Al Putre has extensive experience in management and operations within the transportation and security sectors, currently serving as Executive Director of the OMNY Fare Payment Program at MTA NYC Transit since May 2016. With over three decades at the New York City Transit, Al has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, where responsibilities included overseeing revenue collection and high-risk facility security operations. Prior positions include Acting Vice President of the Department of Security, Assistant Vice President at Wells Fargo Armored Division, and Manager at Brink's Inc. Al holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brooklyn College and has further education in Security Management from John Jay College.
