Jani Hirvonen

Jani Hirvonen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technical and managerial aspects of the paper and product services industry. Currently serving as Senior Manager, Global Field Services, Filters at Metso since May 2023, Jani also holds the title of Global Product Manager, Services. Previous roles include Service Product Manager at Metso Outotec from October 2020 to December 2023 and various engineering positions at Outotec, Larox, and Metso Paper Valkeakoski from 2006 to 2020, including Senior Technology Support Engineer and Modernization Engineer. Early career experience includes several roles at Stora Enso from 2000 to 2005 and military service as a Navy mine hunter diver. Jani Hirvonen earned a Master of Science degree in Chemical Technology specializing in Paper Technology from Lappeenranta University of Technology between 1997 and 2005.
