Hauke Rapold

Hauke Rapold currently serves as the General Manager for Mettler-Toledo International Inc. in Germany, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Hauke held multiple leadership positions at Leica Microsystems, including Director of Service EMEA and Director of Global Commercial Operations, from October 2021 to September 2025. At Hach, from August 2016 to September 2021, Hauke was a Senior Sales Manager and also served as Strategic and Vertical Marketing Manager. Earlier career experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at Siemens from June 2012 to June 2014. Hauke holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a B.Sc. in Technology and Management from the Technical University of Munich, an exchange degree in General Management from HEC Paris, and an Honors Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management.
