Keith O'Brien

Keith O'Brien, CHIA, has over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as General Manager at Meyer Jabara Hotels since November 2004. During this tenure, O'Brien has successfully held roles such as Interim General Manager/Hotel Manager, where significant improvements were made in guest satisfaction scores at Courtyard LaGuardia Airport. Prior experience includes a position as Hotel Manager, leading the hiring process for an opening team and establishing operational policies, as well as serving as Assistant General Manager, where guest service scores were elevated to green within the first year. O'Brien also gained experience as Front Office Manager at Garden City Hotel from 2001 to 2004. O'Brien is a graduate of Centereach High School.
