Michael D. Ricciardi, MBA, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Recruiting for Sales Centers at TRANZACT, a position held since April 2023, following a promotion from Senior Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes roles at IRI: Innovative Resources for Independence, where Michael advanced from Generalist to Senior Manager, and at P.L.U.S Group Homes as a Human Resources Manager. Earlier positions include Human Resources Specialist at SCO Family of Services, overseeing HR functions for approximately 650 employees, and co-founder of MajorWear, LLC. Michael holds an MBA from Quinnipiac University and a BA in Psychology from the same institution, supplemented by a study abroad experience at Griffith University.
