Currently, as Director of Airline Marketing and Asset Management at MHI RJ Aviation Group since March 2025, Jerome focuses on strategic marketing initiatives. Previously, at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited, from June 2019 to February 2025, Jerome held multiple director-level roles, driving the launch of new aircraft programs and enhancing the commercial operations to improve customer experience. Jerome’s career at Bombardier spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Director of Commercial Strategy, where leadership in strategic planning and market forecasting was paramount. With a foundation in technical sales from Saab AB and a BEng degree in Aerodynamics and Propulsion from Carleton University, Jerome brings a robust blend of marketing acumen and aerospace expertise.
