Cory Duchesneau

Cory Duchesneau serves as the Assistant Director of Academic Advising at Miami University since June 2021, following a prior role as the Assistant Director of the Student Success Center, where responsibilities included acting as an ombudsman for students facing barriers to success. With a rich background in higher education, Cory has held various positions at Miami University and the University of South Carolina, including roles as a First Year Advisor, Residence Hall Director, and Assistant Residence Life Coordinator. Cory's experience encompasses building inclusive communities, supporting students through academic advising, and providing leadership training. Cory holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of South Carolina.
