Molly Maloy

Molly Maloy is a seasoned conservation professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Development and Talent at the Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance. In this role, Molly develops and manages programs that enhance career pathways and capacity development in zoo-based conservation. Previous positions include Conservation Capacity and Leadership Program Director, where strategic development and mentoring in conservation were key focuses, and Community Engagement and Capacity Manager for the Botswana Field Program, emphasizing human-wildlife coexistence. Molly also consults independently on conservation strategy and serves as an Adjunct Professor at Miami University. Notable projects include collaboration on the Down Under habitat at Denver Zoo and capacity-building training for the Wildlife Habitat Council. Molly holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Education from Towson University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Frostburg State University.
