Alexandra Willoughby

Alexandra Willoughby, PE, serves as a Technical Manager and Bridge Engineer at Michael Baker International since November 2015, specializing in the design and load rating of various bridge types, including complex steel girder and arch bridges, as well as historic truss bridges. Prior to this role, Alexandra worked as a Bridge Engineer at Enclos, focusing on custom curtain wall systems for commercial and residential buildings, and as a Structural Engineer, conducting structural calculations for various components. Additionally, Alexandra gained experience as a Research Project Engineer at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where research focused on the properties and sustainability of concrete pavements. Earlier in Alexandra's career, project engineering responsibilities at Delta Air Lines included ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations. Alexandra holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
