Dan Braswell

Dan Braswell currently serves as Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Michael Foods, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dan held significant leadership positions at Mars from June 2014 to August 2023, including Vice President of Manufacturing, overseeing a large confectionery network with eight manufacturing sites and more than 2,000 associates. Dan also served as Plant Director at Mars, managing one of the world's largest confectionery operations. Additionally, Dan has extensive experience at Nestlé USA, where roles included Plant Manager of a major frozen and prepared foods operation and Manager of National Network Teams, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. Early career experiences include Factory Manager at Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, overseeing a frozen dairy operation, and Operations Manager at ConAgra Foods, directing a large frozen food manufacturing site. Dan holds an MS in Food Science and Technology from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Management and Finance from East Texas A&M University, and a BS in Agriculture Systems Management from Texas A&M University.
