Rawlin Kuhar

Rawlin Kuhar is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for West Coast Operations at Michels Corporation since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rawlin contributed to PACCAR from June 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies for the IT division and fostering a positive culture through effective business partnerships. With experience as an HR Specialist, Intern Recruiter, and HR Coordinator, Rawlin has skillfully enhanced workforce planning and diversity initiatives. Additionally, as a SHRM Mentor at Lake Washington Human Resource Association, Rawlin supports emerging HR professionals in their career development. Rawlin holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Eastern Washington University and dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources Management and Marketing from the UW Foster School of Business.
