James Wilfong

James Wilfong is an experienced Programmer Analyst with over two decades of expertise in geographic information management and web development. Currently serving at the MI Department of Technology Management and Budget since October 2001, James has held roles such as Geographic Information Manager and Web Master, alongside involvement in special projects. Prior experience includes working at the Michigan State Housing Development Authority from 1999 to 2001, where James managed a web team, oversaw cross-department projects, and implemented a spatial database. Earlier in the career, James was the Chief Programmer at Mapping Solutions LLC, providing Geographic Information System consulting to Fortune 500 companies. James holds a B.S. in Geography from Michigan State University and furthered education at Lansing Community College.
