Kristina Reitler

Kristina Reitler, MS, CMP, currently serves as the Senior Associate Director of Employer Relations at the Russell Palmer Career Management Center at Michigan State University since October 2021, where the focus is on strategic initiatives that enhance collaboration between employers and students while managing corporate partnerships. Previously, Kristina held the position of Director of Sales at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center from July 2014 to 2021, successfully leading a diverse team and developing sales strategies that achieved financial growth exceeding $14 million annually. Kristina's experience at Michigan State University dates back to October 2007, with various roles in sales and conference services. Educationally, Kristina holds a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from The School of Hospitality Business, both from Michigan State University.
