Janet Dang

Janet Dang has extensive work experience in various roles related to compliance, regulatory affairs, and research in the medical field. Janet is currently the Director of Compliance at Microaire Surgical Instruments since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Boston Scientific from 2017 to 2022, where they held roles in regulatory affairs advocacy and as a senior product analyst. From 2015 to 2017, Janet worked at the Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation as a Manager in quality and regulatory affairs, research compliance, privacy, and contracts. Janet also worked at Galil Medical as a Clinical Research Associate from 2013 to 2015.

Before that, Janet served as a Clinical Research Associate at the Minneapolis Medical Research Foundation from 2011 to 2013. Janet gained experience in medical device reporting, process improvement, quality assurance, and compliance at Medtronic, Inc from 2010 to 2011. From 1999 to 2003, they attended the University of Minnesota, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Cellular Development.

Following that, from 2004 to 2007, they enrolled at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree with a focus on Law.

In terms of additional certifications, in June 2019, they completed a course called "Fighting Gender Bias at Work" through LinkedIn. Additionally, in March 2014, they obtained a certification from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals, though the institution providing this certification is not specified.
