Mr Wills is a proven company executive with experience in the finance, life sciences and education sectors. Previously the Chief Operating Officer of an ASX-listed company, Mr Wills has brought substantial operational, financial and governance experience to Microba as the founding CEO.

His financial background combined with his extensive operational expertise has driven Microba forward as a thriving company with more than 50 full-time employees. In addition, Mr Wills’ experience in launching new products has provided Microba with the ability to make its world-leading technology available to people globally.

Following serving 4 years as Microba’s founding CEO, Mr Wills now acts on an advisory basis for Microba focussed on key projects and alliances which will impact the future for Microba and its customers globally. Mr Wills is well-educated with qualifications from one of Australia’s top business Universities, with a Master of Business (Professional Accounting), Bachelor of Finance (Hons) and Bachelor of Business (Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology.
