James Stalker

James Stalker has worked in the field of informatics since 1997. James began their career as a Company Systems Developer at Data Connection Ltd. In 2000, they joined the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute, where they held the roles of Analysis Pipeline Manager, Malaria, Team Leader: Vertebrate Resequencing Informatics, Bioinformatics SWAT Team Leader, Ensembl Web Team Leader, and Web Team Developer. In 2017, they moved to Microbiotica, where they have held the roles of Senior Director, Informatics and Head of Platform Informatics.

James Stalker attended the University of Cambridge from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a MA in Natural Sciences (Genetics).
