Jennifer Cheung

Jennifer Cheung is the current WW Sr. Director, Developer Relations, Content & Learning at Microsoft. Jennifer has previously worked at Amazon as the Head of Business Development - Amazon Fresh and at Amazon Web Services as the Sr. Manager, Global Accounts. Jennifer is responsible for creating the Customer Success team at Amazon Web Services and developing a new role, team, and organizational design for the Global Accounts Program. Jennifer has also cultivated executive relationships dedicated to delivering results and customer satisfaction with new, multinational customers in Asia, Europe and Americas.

Jennifer Cheung has a Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Marketing from Bowling Green State University. Jennifer also has a minor in Spanish. Jennifer Cheung is a certified Cisco Associate Systems Engineer (ASE) and has a certification in CCDA, CCNA, and CCNP.
