Andy Bulson

Principal, Chicago at Mid-America Real Estate Group

Andy Bulson has been active in Chicago real estate since 1994. Andy joined Mid-America Real Estate Corporation in 1998 and is currently a Principal specializing in the representation of national and regional retailers throughout the greater Chicago area including western Michigan, northwest Indiana, central and southern Illinois and the Quad Cities area of Illinois and Iowa.

During his time at Mid-America, Mr. Bulson has represented a variety of clients which include retailers such as, Borders Books, Chase Bank, David's Bridal, Kohl's Department Store, Ulta Beauty, Home Depot, Wickes Furniture, Famous Footwear, Office Max, Chico's, Trader Joe's, Ross Dress For Less, Party City, Shoe Carnival, Pier 1 Imports, ALDI, Starbuck's as well as developers such as Benderson Development and Forest City Commercial.

Andy was Mid-America's broker of the year and has served as Midwest Chairman for Chain Links Retail Advisor's Anchor Council. He is a graduate of Michigan State University, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Illinois and Indiana.

As a part of his work at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, Andy is the author of Mid-America's annual Shopping Center Report which has, since 1983, tracked the development of shopping centers throughout the Chicago MSA. This comprehensive report is the most widely recognized barometer for retail development in Chicago and is published each year in a wide range of national and regional real estate trade publications.
