Daniel Hanson

Daniel Hanson is a principal with Mid-America Asset Management based in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. Dan joined Mid-America Asset Management in 2008 becoming a principal in 2017. Dan has specialized solely in retail asset and property management during his tenure with Mid-America.

As a principal, Mr. Hanson is responsible for new business development and client coordination for a portion of Mid-America’s total assets under management. Additionally, Dan serves as a team leader to property managers and oversees all facets of their real estate portfolios. Dan works with a wide variety of clients from local entrepreneurs to institutional investors.

Mr. Hanson is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He also completed graduate school at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics. Dan holds an Illinois Real Estate Brokers’ License and he is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
