Kevin Mcloughlin

Kevin McLoughlin has over twenty-five years of experience in the areas of retail tenant representation, shopping center leasing, surplus property disposition, assemblage, development consulting and market analysis. Mr. McLoughlin represents selected clients in the Greater Chicagoland area and throughout Illinois.

He has represented Michaels, Pet Supplies Plus, American Sale, Old Navy, Target, ShopKo, J. Alexander's, Outback Steakhouse, Office Depot and Advanced Auto.

He has leased some of suburban Chicago’s prominent retail centers including Danada East, West and Rice Lake in Wheaton, The Shops of Romeoville, North Ridge Plaza in Joliet, The Quad Shopping Center in St. Charles, Woodgrove Festival and Chestnut Court at 75th and Lemont, Woods Creek Center in Algonquin, The Shops at Fox River in McHenry and the Promenade in Bolingbrook. He has represented DDR, Forest City, Seritage Realty Trust, North Wyndham Properties, Rubloff Development, North Rock Real Estate, LLC, Harlem Irving, Oxford Development and Great Lakes Principals.

McLoughlin has completed over 800 tenant transactions and leased in excess of 6 million square feet of shopping center space.

Prior to joining Mid-America, Mr. McLoughlin was a senior retail broker with CBRE. He was a consistent top performer and a recipient of the Robert Jackson Award. He has been a recipient of Mid-America Top Sales Award and has been a principal at Mid-America since 2005.

Mr. McLoughlin is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he earned a B.S. in marketing. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Mr. McLoughlin was a founder of the Jeffery M. Harbour Memorial Foundation.
