Paul Bryant

Paul Bryant has more than twenty-three years of diverse real estate experience as an urban leasing and development specialist. In this capacity, Bryant has been involved in the development of retail properties as well as tenant and product representation. His area of concentration has been urban Chicago and the near surrounding suburbs. Additionally, he has executed tenant representation assignments throughout the United States.

Bryant has been involved in more than 350 transactions representing over 2,200,000 square feet. The aggregate value of these transactions exceeds $175 million. In 2005, Bryant completed over 50 transactions totaling over 500,000 square feet of space, representing an aggregate value in excess of $45 Million. In 2005, Bryant was voted Retail Broker of the year by the Sun-Times. Prior to joining Mid-America, Bryant was the top producing retail professional in the Chicago office of Grubb & Ellis in 1993 and 1994.

At the beginning of his real estate career, Bryant spent nearly three years at MRX Development in Chicago. Developing his overall knowledge of the real estate industry while an employee of MRX, Bryant was involved in project management, marketing and leasing, property management, and financing for the company's retail and office properties.

Mr. Bryant holds a bachelor degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is a member of both the International Council of Shopping Centers and of Retail Chicago Council.
