Victor Sibiga

Victor Sibiga has various work experiences spanning different industries. Victor started their career as a Caddie at PARK RIDGE COUNTRY CLUB in 2013, where they developed business etiquette and trained new caddies. From 2016 to 2020, Victor worked as a Kitchen Manager at Alpha Phi Sorority, where they managed schedules and improved teamwork skills. In 2018, they took on roles in the Illinois Biodiesel Initiative at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, serving as Treasurer and Soap Lead. Victor managed budgets, coordinated supply orders, and operated a biodiesel reactor. Victor also had an engineering internship at Asahi Kasei Bioprocess America, Inc. in 2019. In 2020, they joined Nyco Products as a Quality Control Chemist and later transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance Engineer. Currently, they work as a Process Engineer at Middough Inc. starting in 2021.

Victor Sibiga earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from the year 2016 to 2020.
