Lauren Allik

Lauren Allik is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Lead Brand Designer at Midi Health since November 2025. With a strong background in brand design, Lauren has held leadership positions at Headspace from January 2021 to November 2025, and previously worked as a Creative Consultant at Spartacus. As a Senior Designer at ITAL/C and a Freelance Graphic Designer at National Forest, Lauren gained extensive experience in various design roles since starting as a Graphic Design Intern at National Forest in 2014. Additionally, Lauren has been working as a Freelance Creative since January 2014. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a focus on Communication Design from the University of Southern California, obtained in 2014.
