Jonice Hyatt

Jonice Hyatt has extensive experience in education, having worked as a Freshman Instructional Specialist and Electives Department Chair at Midland ISD from August 2002 to March 2017, where responsibilities included coaching and mentoring teachers. Additionally, Jonice served as an Instructional Technology Coach, facilitating technology integration in K-9 classrooms through training and support. Earlier roles included teaching Secondary Business and coaching cheerleading teams while representing Career and Technology Education in Professional Learning Community meetings. Recently, from October 2022 to July 2024, Jonice held the position of District Instructional Coach and Assistant Testing Coordinator for early college high schools in Ector County ISD, focusing on educator coaching and aligning instructional strategies with district objectives. Jonice holds a Master's Degree in Professional Education from the University of Texas Permian Basin and a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Texas Tech University.
