Irina Otero has extensive work experience in talent acquisition, talent development, and organizational development. Irina currently holds the position of Talent Head at Mighty Block, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Banco Supervielle as Talent Acquisition - Talento & Cultura from 2019 to 2022. Irina also served as Jefa de Desarrollo Organizacional y Empleos at Grupo Boldt from 2018 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Irina worked at Level 3 Communications as a Training & Development Coordinator from 2015 to 2018, where they were responsible for designing managerial and middle-management development programs, coordinating performance evaluation processes, and supporting training needs across various business areas. Before that, they held the role of Supervisora de Desarrollo Organizacional at Nextel, Argentina from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on conducting engagement and climate surveys, managing change processes, and planning actions to improve organizational culture. Prior to that, they served as an Analista Sr de Desarrollo Organizacional and also worked in Capaciatacion y Desarrollo at Nextel from 2009 to 2014, where they implemented engagement and climate surveys, designed action plans, coordinated training programs, and provided support in talent management processes.

Irina Otero completed their education at various institutions. In 2009, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Administration from the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales. Irina furthered their studies at the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires from 2014 to 2016, where they pursued a Postgraduate degree in Organizational Development with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services. In 2019, Irina attended Digital House and completed the Digital Talent Program. Additionally, in the same year, they obtained PDA Certified from PDA. More recently, in 2021, Irina completed a Program in People Experience from Universidad del CEMA.
