Alyssa Waggener

Alyssa Waggener currently serves as the Manager of Global CRM Solutions and CRM Technical Lead at MiTek since October 2021. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked at Slalom from January 2017 to October 2021, holding positions as Senior Delivery Principal and Consultant Manager, where notable projects included contact tracing and Salesforce implementations. Alyssa also has experience at Spectrum Reach as a Media Platform Automation Specialist and in various roles, including Clinician I and Employment Specialist at Chestnut Health Systems. Alyssa holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
