Kate McCormack

Kate McCormack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Military Fasteners since August 2025, Kate previously held the position of Director of Global Operations and Supply Chain at E3 Displays from September 2021 to September 2025, as well as Supply Chain Manager. Prior roles include Materials and Supply Chain Manager at Cobham Aerospace Connectivity from June 2014 to September 2021, Materials Manager/Quality Manager at Orbis Corporation from 2012 to June 2014, Global Production Planning Manager at Knowles Electronics from September 2011 to April 2012, and Production Planning Manager at DRS Technologies, Inc. from June 2003 to October 2011. Kate McCormack earned a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University between 2008 and 2010.
