Becca Bycott is a seasoned communications and thought leadership expert with extensive experience in digital strategy and public affairs. Currently serving as Senior Director of Thought Leadership at FiscalNote, Becca leads the FiscalNote Executive Institute, focusing on critical issues such as ESG, public affairs, and diversity initiatives. Previously, Becca founded the personal branding blog Bride In Reverse and held leadership roles at organizations including Beekeeper Group and AAUW, where significant improvements in engagement and content strategy were achieved. Becca’s earlier roles at the U.S. Department of State and Frostburg State University involved pioneering social media strategies, public relations, and substantial rebranding efforts. Becca holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from The University of Texas at Austin and a master's degree in American Studies from The University of Kansas.
