Deborah Byron

Deborah (Debbie) Byron has extensive experience in leadership and governance across various sectors, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Mill Road Capital and as Chair of Board Match Services at Stanford Women on Boards. Since 2009, Debbie has been a Trustee at Harvey Mudd College, playing a key role in several committees. Previous roles include Strategic Advisor and Chief Human Resources Officer at Risk Management Solutions, as well as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Human Resources at SAP Business Objects, where Debbie significantly contributed to M&A activities and global HR strategies. Debbie's educational background includes an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and participation in the inaugural class of the Distinguished Careers Institute at Stanford University.
