Gilbert Gonzalez

Gilbert Gonzalez has extensive experience in software architecture and technical leadership. Gilbert has worked as a Software Architect Technical Lead at MILL5 since 2022, where they have led the design and implementation of complex software systems. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2022, they served as a Technical Lead at Wabi Inc., where they were responsible for team growth, communication with functional leaders, and the design and build of technological solutions. From 2017 to 2020, Gilbert worked at iúnigo as a Technical Lead, leading the design and development of the Insurance CORE System. Gilbert has also held Technical Lead roles at Globant, DLA Inc., and Banesco Banco Universal. Gilbert's career began as a Software Developer at FINANCORP Consulting in 2001, where they designed and developed online accounting systems for banks.

Gilbert Gonzalez obtained their Tecnico Superior degree in Computacion from Instituto Universitario Nueva Esparta IUNE between 1996 and 2001.
