Emy Gianella León Pretell

Emy Gianella León Pretell has a diverse background in human resources and accounting, with current experience as Coordinadora de Gestión de Talento at Millennium since May 2022. Emy began in the HR field as an HR Business Partner at Gestora INEDI and has also held positions such as Analista de Talento y Cultura at Millennium, Asistente Contable at Oceano Seafood S.A., and Asesora Contable Externa at One Way Studios. Emy's educational qualifications include a degree in Contabilidad y Finanzas from Universidad de San Martín de Porres, along with specializations in Employee Experience and Human Resource Management from Pacífico Business School and CENTRUM PUCP, respectively. Emy is currently pursuing further education at Universidad Tecnológica del Perú.
