Liz Shickles

Liz Shickles serves as the Director of Recruiting at Milliman IntelliScript since November 2017, where responsibilities include partnering with managers to recruit and evaluate candidates, as well as collaborating with the Talent and Engagement team on employee retention and career development programs. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Recruiting Consultant and Recruiting Consultant at Novo Group, Inc., where Liz led complex hiring projects and developed customized recruiting strategies. Additional previous positions include Strategic Recruiter, Senior Talent Representative, and Talent Representative at Artisan, an Implementation Project Manager at CVS Health, and a Consulting Coordinator at Brandimage. Liz holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, where a major in Anthropology and a minor in German were completed, along with a Washington Semester in the Arts from American University.
