Tero Ojanperä is a distinguished founder of Rando Labs since September 2011, focusing on advancing technology and AI for sustainability. Ojanperä serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at both Miltton and Aalto University, alongside a role as a Professor of Practice in Intelligent Platforms. Additionally, Ojanperä is a Board Member of OP Financial Group, Halon, and Siili Solutions, while also holding leadership positions as Chair of the Board at CeLLife Technologies Ltd. and Vice Chair at Betolar, where contributions are made to innovative, low-carbon construction solutions. Ojanperä co-founded the Vision+ Fund, which invests in early-stage companies, and previously chaired Fintraffic, aiming for safer and environmentally friendly traffic management. Academic credentials include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MSc from the University of Oulu.
