Karen Anderson

Karen Anderson is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Mimecast. Karen has held this position since September 2014. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Human Resources at Biogen Idec from June 2013 to September 2014. Karen was also the Vice President Human Resources at Pfizer from September 2004 to June 2013. Anderson has been a strategic leader of the culture, talent, and organization design at Mimecast. Karen is responsible for growing an end-to-end organization which will support multiple global product launches. Karen has grown the organization from 200 employees to 1100 employees across 16 new legal entities in the US, Europe, Asia, and LATAM regions. The first drug launch in a new class of medicine RNAi occurred under their leadership at Mimecast. Top Places to Work 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 !
